For custom orders, we give digital proofs for your okay. We won’t print until you’re happy with the proof. Consequently, same day orders may have fast proof steps.

FAQ: What ways can I pay?

We take all major credit/debit cards, PayPal, bank moves, and cash for in-person orders. All payments must be done before we start print work.

FAQ: Are there hidden fees?

No, we believe in clear prices. The price we quote includes all – print work, basic finish, and standard drop-off. Moreover, any extra help or rush fees will be told to you up front.

Yes, we do color match help. For example, for exact color needs, please give Pantone (PMS) colors. We can also match colors from samples or files you have.

FAQ: Can I change my order?

Changes can be made before we start print work. Once printing has started, changes may not be possible or may cost more. For this reason, for same day orders, we suggest you make all choices before you order.

FAQ: What is your rule on cancelling?

You can cancel your order before we start print work at no cost. Once print work has started, costs to cancel may apply. Similarly, same day orders can’t be cancelled once print work has begun. Please look at our Refund and Returns Policy for details.

If you have trouble loading files, try making the file smaller or check the type. Alternatively, you can email your files direct to [email protected] or bring them to our shop on a USB drive.

Yes, we offer pro design help to make or fix your art. Our design team can work with your ideas or make designs from scratch. Nevertheless, costs apply for design help.
